Several years ago I came across "Death on a Friday Afternoon", by Richard John Neuhaus.

Reading the book was quite enlightening and very thought-provoking!


The book centers on "the suggestiveness of Jesus' Seven Last Words." Neuhaus invites us to dwell upon Christ's last words noting, "Every day of the years is a good day to think more deeply about Good Friday, for Good Friday is the drama of the love by which our every day is sustained."
