College Football Season Begins!

Well, it has been too long since we have been able to enjoy college football. The good news is that the season begins today!

While the game of college football is undergoing major change (NIL, Transfer Portal, re-organization of particular conferences, etc.), I am hanging in there with being a fan.

My favorite team, Oklahoma State, doesn't play their first game until next Saturday (vs South Dakota State) but, having games to watch (Florida State vs Georgia Tech and SMU vs Nevada are the two games I will watch) today is a relief from the long wait for the start of the season.

I don't claim to be an "expert" when it comes to thinking about which teams might end up in the newly designed playoff ("The College Football Playoff has expanded from four to 12 teams which will include the five highest-ranked conference champions, who receive automatic bids, and the seven highest-ranked remaining teams), however, as an active fan, I have made my own Pre-Season Top 20 list and, if you are interested, visit the Bohemian Cowboy page of this website and take a peek.
