Now that I have written the initial draft of "Bundle of Sticks" (a story about the life and legacy of my great-grandfather, Joseph E. Dolezal) I developing early thoughts for a new story.

This story will be about my experiences while serving as an "internal change agent", tasked to lead in the intangible world of culture, in a "medium-sized" company.

The "tools of the trade" referenced in the title of this blog post are trust-building and effective interpersonal communication.

The primary strategy for addressing the erosion of core values in the company is the value for continuous learning and improvement.

The targeted audience for the story is individuals who have been asked to serve as change agents or those who have become enlightened on their own to lead in stopping cultural erosion in their own organization.

So I am now on the journey of reflection, research, and organization of thoughts.
