Taking an "eclectic" approach for my website development

According to Oxford Languages, eclectic means "to derive ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources."

With regards to developing johndolezal.com, I would say my "style" is eclectic and somewhat "unconventional."

My nature seems to be that I think (and, often decide) in terms of unlimited "possibilities."

This seems to be reflected in my approach for development of my website. I don't necessarily like to follow convention on how the website might "look" to a specific target market. I don't decide what to include on the site by reference to "similar" sites.

Perhaps, if my site was being developed primarily for commercial activity, I might approach development differently (and the needs and expectations of customers in a defind market might determine how the site looks and what content is shared).

However, at this time, the primary purpose of my website is to learn how to use WIX as the software app for designing, publishing, and editing. In other words, at this time, I am on the "playground" experiencing things so I can develop key skills for the future aim of my website.
