Dilemma - johndolezal.com or no WIX site?

The time has come for me to decide on whether or not to renew my premium subscription with WIX.

On one side, I enjoy spending time publishing content and editing my website. It helps keep me busy, especially during the summer months when I am not teaching as an adjunct with Northern Oklahoma College.

On the other side, the annual cost of renewing the premium plan with WIX is over $400.00 and given that Social Security benefits are my primary source of income, it is a real challenge to justify renewing the subscription.

I have contacted WIX via the Google Search results and found it virtually impossible to speak to a WIX representative directly (the only contact conversation has been via CHAT and CHAT with AnswerTech. Both experiences have been frustrating and unfruitful.

I would like to think there is value for WIX to retain paying customers but, to this minute, it doesn't appear to be the case.

Thus, my Dilemma!!!

My current subscription expires July 17th so, I will give more thought as to what my decision (for solving the dilemma) will be.
